On February 22, Tsira Mdinaradze, the head of the Ozurgeti Legal Aid Bureau, and Tata Zenaishvili, an attorney, visited the village of Chochkhati , Ozurgeti Municipality, on the Mobile Consulting Centre. In the village administration building, they met the locals and gave them an outline of the current services offered by LAS. “ Public Attorney”, a periodical, was also sent out to the residents.
The discussion was followed by one –on-one advice at the Centre, which is a specifically outfitted van, where individual legal consulting and documents drafting are provided.
The Centre was arranged and equipped as part of the initiative by German Government and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP ) - “Strengthening the Rule of Law and Access to Justice for All”.
