Mikheil Khurtsidze

Deputy Director at Legal Aid Service

Mikheil Khurtsidze holds the position of Deputy Director of the Legal Aid Service from 2023.

He has more than two decades of experience working in public and private structures.

In 2002-2007, Mikheil Khurtsidze worked in the structures of the Ministry of Defense of Georgia, in 2007-2016 he managed private companies, and in 2016-20123, he held the position of the head of the State Procurement Department of the Administrative Department, and then the head of the Legal Assurance Department in the State Service of Veterans Affairs.

Mikheil Khurtsidze graduated from Akaki Tsereteli State University (1993-1998),  I. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University graduate school (2000-2003), Military-Diplomatic Training Center for officers of the Ministry of Defense of Georgia with the faculty of Military Diplomacy (2000-2001);

He has attended various trainings and seminars both in Georgia and abroad. Mikheil Khurtsidze engages in pedagogical activities.
