Lena K. addressed the LAS Mtskheta bureau for a consultation. She wanted to privatize her apartment. Her problem became a flaw in documents. In particular, names and surnames of her family members written in the order did not coincide with the data of the public registry body.
The consultant, Natia Berdzenishvili rendered consultation to the citizen and explained to her that in order to solve the problem it was necessary to establish the fact of possession of the document having legal importance. After Lena K. presented all necessary documents, Natia Berdzenishvili drafted appropriate statement addressing the court.
Finally, Mtskheta District Court made a positive decision and established that the real owners of the order were Lena K. and her family members.
