The case of a woman - a victim of domestic violence- was successfully resolved at Zugdidi District Court.

In the aforementioned case, Attorney Natia Kvartskhava of the Zugdidi Legal Aid Bureau of the Legal Aid Service, represented and defended the interests of  F.A., the mother of two youngsters. F.A. had endured years of humiliation and abuse from  her deceased husband's parents.

Attorney Natia Kvartskhava filed a specific complaint with the Zugdidi District Court, seeking compensation for the moral harm caused  to the victim of domestic abuse by the offenders.

Based on the court decision, J.Z. and E.F., recognized  as offenders, were ordered to pay 3,000 GEL in favour of the beneficiary. We congratulate lawyer Natia Kvartskhava on this success, and wish her  further  achievements.
