On April 17, 2024, the Director of the Legal Aid Service, David Simonia, met with the residents of the Samikao-Maidani administrative unit of Abasha municipality.
Mayor of Abasha municipality, Giga Gabelaia addressed the community gathered at the meeting.
Natia Bojgua, the Head of Poti Legal Aid Bureau, provided the attending public with the thorough information about the LAS services, the concerns like violence against women and domestic violence, discrimination, tolerance, women's rights, land registration, labor rights and trafficking. Additionally, N.Bojgua introduced the specifics of Poti Bureau's operations and its further activities.
The locals received one-on-one legal advice at the end of the meeting.
