On April 27, the LAS Kakheti-Sighnaghi Bureau lawyers held meeting with the employees of Sagarejo District Unit of Social Service Agency.
The LAS public lawyers informed the employees of Social Service Agency about criteria for receiving free legal aid, as well as discussed appointment of the minimum allowance and granting rating points to a family.
The LAS legal aid bureaus periodically carry out similar meetings with the employs of the SSA with the aim that they are able to response to the legal problems of the citizens and direct them to the relevant legal aid bureaus. The similar meetings are also held with representatives of local administration.
Last year, meetings with representatives of local administration and SSA were held in more than 50 municipalities throughout the country.
