The Rukhi Consultation Center of the Legal Aid Service is the first center in the region beyond the conflict zone. It was opened on February 28, 2023. The center serves the population living in the neighboring villages of Rukhi, as well as in the territory of Abkhazia, for whom legal assistance is also free.
