The LAS Tbilisi Bureau lawyer Nino Khetsadze defended interests of the citizen B.Ch., a father of two, after he applied for the help. B.Ch. demanded a divorce from his wife L.Kh., alimony and restriction of the parent’s rights.
The respondent avoided appearing at the court and submitting the documents despite of the fact that Nino Khetsadze and her beneficiary B.Ch. applied to the court with various motions.
On October 30, 2017, Tbilisi City Court took into consideration those motions, evidences, position of the lawyer and fully satisfied the lawsuit. The mother of two was obliged to pay alimony in the amount of 500 Gel to her children until they are 18 or change of the circumstances.
