On November 5, 2018, the LAS Shida Kartli Bureau representatives met with the population of Berdzenauli and Knolevi villages, Kareli municipality. The villages are situated near the conflict area.
The aim of the meeting is to inform the population about the work, services and free legal aid eligibility criteria of Legal Aid Service.
The people who were gathered in Berdzenauli Public Center and Knolevi School received the consultation about registration of the land and real estate; legalization of lands, registration and privatization of property; registration in the unified database of the socially vulnerable families, the appointment of pension, inheritance, violence against women and domestic violence, etc.
The meeting was held as a part of the Human Rights Action Plan of the GoG.
