Lali Euashvili won a case in Tbilisi city court

Due to the efforts of the attorney of the Bureau of Specialized Affairs, Lali Euashvili, the homeless family of a disabled child had a chance to secure housing.

Internally displaced E.B. has three children, one of them is a disabled person. The family is confined to one room in the military settlement of one of the cities of Imereti, in an area not registered by the state, in unbearable conditions. Located on the fourth floor, it is impossible for a disabled person to move in a building without basic living conditions.

The family exists only in hope of social allowance.
Attorney Lali Euashvili became involved in the issue, after the Agency for IDPs, Eco-Migrants and Livelihood Provision of the IDPs, with the relevant order, refused to EB the urgent need for relocation and long-term housing in Kutaisi. L.Eluashvili  appealed to the Tbilisi City Court against the order of the IDPs, Eco-Migrants and Livelihood Provision Agency and convinced the court to consider the interests of the socially vulnerable family.

In order to guarantee the family of E. B. a long-term place to live in Kutaisi, the Tbilisi City Court granted the lawyer's request in full, annulling the previously mentioned order and directing the IDP Agency for IDPs, Ecomigrants, and Livelihood Provision Agency to issue a new individual administrative-legal act.
We extend our congratulations to Lali Euashvili and hope that  she prevails in numerous future cases for the good of the recipients.
