With assistance of several attorneys of Legal Aid Bureau, criminal prosecution against the accused minors was stopped.
- With the help of Mtskheta Bureau lawyer, Aluda Buchukuri, the minor, Mirza M. was diverted from criminal responsibility. He was accused of damaging-destroying of the municipality property.
- The minor, Demur K. was diverted from criminal liability. He was accused of stealing of the power supply of the laptop. The minor was defended by the LAS Tbilisi bureau lawyer, Milerina Memanishvili.
- The criminal prosecution was stopped against the minor, Amiran A., accused of stealing. His lawyer was Tamar Gabodze, the lawyer of Tbilisi Bureau. The diversion mechanism was applied towards Amiran A.
With assistance of the public lawyer, the accused minor was sentenced to light preventive measure. In particular, the prosecutor’s office demanded imprisonment for Stephan K. With effort of the LAS Akhaltsikhe legal Aid Bureau lawyer, Paata Manvelishvili, the minor was released from the detention and was put under supervision of the parents.
