On April 3, the LAS Kutaisi bureau lawyers attended the training on professional ethics of lawyers.
In the framework of the training, students got introduced with the practice of Ethics’ Committee of the Georgian Bar Association, principles of the Code of Ethics, ethical standards of relationship between a lawyer and a client. The matters of inadmissibility of conflict of interests and preference of client’s interests were discussed too.
10 students of the law faculty of Kutaisi A. Tsereteli State University have started a 4-month internship on March 10. In the framework of a program, they attend seminars on theory and work on real criminal cases.
Since 2008 till now, up to 70 students underwent internship in the LAS Kutaisi bureau.
