On January 18, probationers enrolled in Telavi probation bureau have been provided with legal consultations.
Head of Kakheti-Telavi legal aid bureau – lawyer Liana Chuniashvili talked to the probationers about the sanctions for the violation of predefined schedule of appearance in probation bureau, probationers permit to travel abroad, lifting probation and removal of criminal record, restoration of the right deprived due to the commission of the drug crime.
The attendees also were introduced with the terms and conditions for enjoyment of legal aid.
