The LAS Kvemo Kartli Legal Aid Bureau lawyer Zurab Dalakishvili protected interests of the defendant D.B. who avoided appearing at the law enforcement agency. He was accused of non-execution or obstructing the execution of sentence or any other court decision envisaged under the article 381 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
After examining the factual circumstances of the case, it became clear that on December 20, 2016, D.B. was driving the automobile. The wife of the defendant - T.Sh. who was driving the car before her husband was, felt pain in her chest and it was urgent to hospitalize her. Unfortunately, there were only minor children in the car and no one who was able to drive the vehicle. The medical document Form 100, certifying the fact of bad health condition of T.Sh., was also presented in the case.
After examining the case on merits, the public attorney Zurab Dalakishvili made focus on these details and applied the court with request of acquittal of the defendant. Rustavi City Court fully shared the position of the lawyer Zurab Dalakishvili and found D.B. not guilty.
