On November 3, at the Samtskhe-Javakheti University in Akhaltsikhe, the LEPL Legal Aid Service, in cooperation with the Georgian Bar Association, held a conference on topical issues related to children's rights and juvenile justice.
Maya Bakradze, the invited expert, gave a presentation to some of the lawyers, on the identification of the child’s best interests and participation of the child’s attorney in the trial.
The conference was followed by a discussion on the problems.
