On July 24, 2023, Head of the Akhaltsikhe Legal Aid Bureau, David Zaridze, met with the employees of the Akhaltsikhe Municipality Hall in the Akhaltsikhe Municipality Hall premises. The meeting focused on public employees’ labor rights.
Davit Zaridze spoke extensively regarding public employees rights covered by labor contracts and administrative contracts, on the right to establish safe and necessary working conditions for public employees, the right to overtime and part-time work, the right of public employees to pursue professional development, the right of an official to request a transfer to the appropriate position due to a health condition, and the right to assistance in the event of their death or recognition them as a disabled person, and other issues of interest to the City Hall personnel.
