The LEPL Legal Aid Service in cooperation with the Bar Association continues to conduct conferences on the urgent issues on Child’s Rights and Juvenile Justice.
On November 4, another conference was held in Gori at the Gori State University. Maya Bakradze, the invited expert spoke about the identification of the child’s best interests and the participation of a child’s attorney in the process.
At the end of the conference, the lawyers operating in Shida Kartli region discussed the issues of court practice that arose after the enactment of the Code of the Rights of the Child.
