The LAS Tbilisi Legal Aid Bureau lawyer Maia Dadvani defended interests of the pensioner IDP A.G. On the basis of the individual-administrative act of the Ministry, the beneficiary was refused to be provided with long-term accommodation.
On the basis of the information gained by the lawyer, testimonies of witnesses and other evidences in the case showed that the administrative body did not conducted comprehensive study of A.G.’s case.
The court took into account the position of lawyer Maia Dadvani and partially satisfied the lawsuit: it annulled the individual-administrative act of the Ministry and the respondent was obliged to issue a new legal act regarding the disputed case after the scrupulous study and examination of the essential circumstances.
