On March 28, the head of the LAS Adjara Bureau, Iamze Zandaradze, together with Youth Center of Khelvachauri local government, held a seminar for the local school pupils regarding liability of a minor.
Iamze Zandaradze introduced to the pupils rights of minors and issues of legal responsibility. The focus was made on the newly-enacted Code of Juvenile Justice which establishes specific standards for professionals who work in this field of justice.
The seminar was held in an interactive manner and the youth received answers to the questions they were interested in.
