A distance training about "Necessary Repulsion and Crime Committed beyond the Necessary Repulsion"

Today, on October 22, within the framework of the USAID PROLoG project, a distance training was held on the topic - "Necessary Repulsion and Crime Committed beyond the Necessary Repulsion". The training was led by Tbilisi City Court Judge Badri Kochlamazashvili.

The training considered issues like a necessary repulsion as an exclusionary circumstance; The preconditions for a state of necessary repulsion; The scope of the necessary repulsion; the Excess and its legal regulation; Provoking necessary repulsion; Case law review.

The training was attended by lawyers and consultants of the regional bureaus and counseling centers of the Legal Aid Service, as well as invited lawyers of the Public Registry. The training is conducted with the active involvement of the participants.
