On July 30, Legal Aid Service Gori Legal Aid Bureau consultant Nino Masurashvili participated in a meeting held in the pre-conflict zone, in the village of Abano of Kareli Municipality, which was organized by the Office of the State Minister of Law for Reconciliation and Civil Integration.
Women and girls impacted by the conflict, together with their family members, attended the gathering. Nino Masurashvili discussed women's rights, bullying, equality, discrimination, and the crime of domestic abuse against women in addition to introducing the hosts to the offerings of the Legal Aid Service.
Other agency representatives attended the meeting as well.
