On September 29, a training on jury selection was held at the Legal Aid Training Center in Kutaisi, with the goal of enhancing the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of lawyers in the field of jury selection.
The Director of the Legal Aid Service (LAS), David Simonia, and the UNDP Project Officer, Ivane Chitashvili, introduced the trainers, public advocates Sulkhan Komakhidze and Gela Siordia, to the participants of the training - criminal lawyers of the Kutaisi, Zestaponi and Zugdidi Legal Aid Bureaus.
The training was held with the support of the UNDP and the German Government.
