Akhaltsikhe Legal Aid Bureau attorney Paata Manvelishvili represented the accused G.C. in the court. Article 373 of the Criminal Code was applied to the criminal case.
After familiarising with the case materials and holding multiple meetings with the accused, the lawyer formulated a defence strategy, reached a consensus with the accused, and persuaded the court in the total denial of the accusation made against Ch.
An acquittal decision was consequently rendered against the defendant.
