The case won by Akhaltsikhe Bureau

A socially vulnerable, single pensioner T.B.  in need of  returning  his   property, applied to Akhaltsikhe Legal Aid Bureau for assistance.   Public attorney,  Tinatin Diakonashvili was involved in the case. T.Diakonashvili  found out that the beneficiary had  signed a perpetual  maintenance contract with N. J.  some time ago,  and re-registered a house in his name.  After that, N.J.  never  fulfilled  the duty and instead,   forced T.B. to leave his house.
Tinatin Diakonashvili collected the evidence necessary for the case, and during the proceedings, along with the lawsuit, requested the seizure of the disputed real estate - as a security for the lawsuit.
The Akhaltsikhe District Court granted the lawyer's request, the defendant was prohibited from alienating the disputed real estate or disposing of it in any other way. All documents were presented at the trial, witnesses were questioned. As a result, the court shared the position of the defense side and fully satisfied the claim, the perpetual  maintenance agreement signed between the plaintiff and the defendant was terminated, and the real estate, re-registered in  someone else’s name  was returned to the beneficiary. The decision of the first instance court was appealed by way of appeal, however the decision of the first instance court, by which the house returned to T. B., remained the same.
The decision entered into legal force.
