meeting about children's rights was held in the European school

A meeting about children's rights was held on February 27 in the European school as part of the "Child's Rights" week. The meeting was opened by Davit Simonia, Acting Director of the LEPL Legal Aid Service (LAS). He informed the schoolchildren about the LAS services and projects. At the second stage of the meeting, the Service lawyer-analyst Nano Vacharadze spoke about the national and international legislation on the protection of children's rights, and she also reviewed such important issues as: bullying, inclusive education, tolerance, gender equality, etc. At the end of the meeting the LAS psychologists Keti Jakeli and Nino Chachava provided the kids a chance to join in the discussion via practical activities.
