 The training course held on about establishment of internal organizational mechanisms for handling  disagreements in the public sector

With the support  from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP Georgia) Georgia and UK Aid, the Great Britain  government, lawyers and administrative personnel from the Legal Aid Service got training in conflict management and mediation techniques on July 16–20 and July 25–26 of this year.

The proposed training course serves to establish internal organizational mechanisms for handling  disagreements in the public sector. It is accredited by the Mediators Association of Georgia, and graduates are eligible  to participate in simulation sessions of practical professional skills and mediators competencies, organized by the Mediators Association, in order to verify /evaluate practical skills and obtain mediator’s  status. 

Sofio Chachava and Sofio Tkemaladze, the  mediators and field experts, led the training.
